Q & A

Dedicated quality control team, documented quality plan, calibrated testing equipment and support whenever you need it.

What materials do you mould?

HDPE, PET and PP. Material grade is selected to suit the industry — pharmaceutical-grade resin for drug packaging, food-grade for food and dairy.

What container sizes can you supply?

Droppers from 1.25ml, HDPE and PET containers from 30ml to 1000ml, measuring cups at 5ml, 10ml and 20ml, and jerry cans from 1 to 5 litres.

Do you make custom moulds?

Yes. Send us your drawing or a sample and we will quote for the mould along with the unit price. Existing moulds ship fastest.

What is your minimum order quantity?

It depends on the container and whether the mould already exists. Tell us your annual or monthly volume and we will confirm with the quotation.

How do you control quality?

Every batch passes in-line inspection for weight, neck finish, wall thickness and leak resistance before it reaches the warehouse.

Can you print or label the containers?

Yes — screen printing, hot stamping and labelling are handled in our own printing and labelling zone.

How long does an order take?

Lead time is confirmed with your quotation. Containers running on an existing mould are the quickest; a new mould adds tooling time.

Are your containers recyclable?

HDPE, PET and PP are all fully recyclable.
